1. General Liability Insurance:<\/b> This insures your house in case of damage to your property during the service.<\/span><\/p>

2. Automobile Liability Insurance:<\/b> Mandatory if the business runs vehicles on your property.<\/span><\/p>

3. Umbrella Liability Insurance:<\/b> Covers amounts in excess of basic insurance limits.<\/span><\/p>

4. Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions):<\/b> Shields against monetary loss due to errors in inspection or installation.<\/span><\/p>

Even general inspections are required to adhere to NFPA 211 standards<\/a> and state fire safety regulations.<\/span><\/p>
